To ensure availability, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. Wedding cakes should ideally be booked at least 2-3months in advance, while celebration cakes require a minimum of 2 weeks notice. However, we may accommodate last-minute orders depending on availability—please reach out to check.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. For wedding cakes, a £100 non-refundable retainer is needed to reserve your date, with full payment due three weeks before the wedding. For all other orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance due at least 3 days before collection or delivery.

Absolutely! All of our cakes are bespoke and tailored to your vision. You are welcome to provide inspiration images, but please note that we do not copy other bakers' designs. Instead, we will create a unique masterpiece inspired by your references while maintaining Caketasia’s signature luxury aesthetic.

Yes, you can choose one flavour per tier. If you’d like different flavours for each tier, please specify this in the additional information section of your enquiry form.

Yes! We offer matching cupcakes, cake slices, NYC-style cookies, blondies, and other custom party favours. Let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll create the perfect set for your event.

Each cake is custom-designed, so pricing varies based on size, design complexity, and flavour choices. After submitting an enquiry, we will provide you with a rough price estimate. If you're happy to proceed, we will then create a custom sketch and finalise your quote.

Yes, we offer installment payments for wedding cakes and large orders. However, the full balance must be paid no later than three weeks before the event date.

We accept bank transfers as our primary payment method. Payment details will be provided upon booking.

Yes, we offer delivery for all wedding cakes and larger orders. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and set-up requirements. Celebration cakes are available for collection only unless otherwise arranged.

Collections are made from North Manchester M40 area, with pick-up times scheduled upon booking. The exact address will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Cakes should be transported flat in the boot of a car, with the air conditioning on to prevent melting. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after collection, so please follow our transportation guidelines carefully.

We offer a variety of indulgent flavours, from classic vanilla and rich chocolate to more unique options like biscoff, lemon, cookies & cream, and more. You can view our full list of flavours here.

Our cakes contain gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts, and while we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that our cakes are free from cross-contamination. If you have a severe allergy, we do not recommend consuming our products.

Fondant-covered cakes: Store in a cool, dry place in the box provided. Do not refrigerate as condensation can cause the fondant to become sticky.
Buttercream/Ganache cakes: Keep refrigerated and bring to room temperature at least 1 hour before serving for the best texture and flavour.
Leftovers: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to one month.

Your cake is best enjoyed on the day of collection/delivery for optimal freshness. If stored correctly, it can last up to 3 days.

Yes! We currently offer pre-recorded tutorials that cover everything from baking basics to advanced decorating techniques. We will also be launching live online and in-person classes soon! If you’re interested, sign up for our waitlist here to be notified when classes become available.

Once purchased, a download link will be sent directly to your email. You can watch the tutorial anytime, anywhere. Please note that no refunds are available after purchase.

Minor design changes can be made up to four weeks before the wedding date or 1 week before the event date (for other smaller celebration cakes). After this period, changes are not guaranteed but feel free to reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate.

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on how much work has already been completed, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.

Once your cake has been collected or delivered, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur. Please follow our care and transportation instructions to keep your cake in perfect condition.
